This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth ivory (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite one small crack on one side. Tapered width: One cross-cut section is wider than the other. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends. This piece was cut at an angle - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The piece displays its original, natural ivory tone.
