This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite one small crack on the thicker (and narrower) cross-cut section. Tapered width and thickness with reserves on both ends: One cross-cut section is thicker and narrower than the other. One side of this piece was cut at an angle - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural colour of the bark is red-brown.

This red-brown mammoth bark is natural and untreated. It is not stabilised or resin-filled.
