Stabilised mammoth ivory scales

This is a pre-cut pair of stabilized mammoth ivory scales (Mammuthus primigenius). These scales can be precision-cut, drilled, polished, sanded etc. to achieve the desired results. One slab is larger than the other. Consistent width and thickness with reserves on both ends. The colour of the ivory is brown.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
