This is a premium-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth ivory (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite some small, non-penetrating cracks on one cross-cut section. Consistent width and thickness with reserves on both ends. The piece displays its original, natural beige-ivory tone.
