Multicoloured mammoth bark

This is a premium-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite some small cracks. One cross-cut section is wider than the other, because one side was cut at an angle. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural colour of the bark is a mix of orange, beige and green.

This multicoloured mammoth bark is completely natural and untreated. It is not stabilized or resin-filled. All of our pieces are unique in colour, structure, and shape due to fossilisation processes and long-term climatic conditions of the Siberian permafrost. No artificial treatments or restorations have been performed unless specifically stated.
