Creme-ivory mammoth bark

This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite one small crack. Consistent width and thickness with reserves on both ends. The natural colour of the bark is creme-ivory.

This creme-ivory mammoth bark is natural and untreated. It is not stabilized or resin-filled. All of our pieces are unique in colour, structure, and shape due to fossilization processes and long-term climatic conditions of the Siberian permafrost.
