Brown mammoth bark

This is a premium-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite some small, non-penetrating cracks. Tapered width and thickness with reserves on both ends: One cross-cut section is thicker and narrower than the other. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural color of the bark is brown.

This brown mammoth bark is completely natural and untreated. It is not stabilized or resin-filled. All of our pieces are unique in color, structure, and shape due to fossilisation processes and long-term climatic conditions of the Siberian permafrost. No artificial treatments or restorations have been performed unless specifically stated.
