Beige mammoth bark

This is a premium-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite some small, non-penetrating cracks. Tapered width: One cross-cut section is slightly wider than the other. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends. One side was cut at an angle - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural colour of the bark is beige.

This beige mammoth bark is completely natural and untreated. It is not stabilized or resin-filled. All of our pieces are unique in colour, structure, and shape due to fossilisation processes and long-term climatic conditions of the Siberian permafrost. No artificial treatments or restorations have been performed unless specifically stated.
