Beige-blue mammoth bark

This is a premium-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite some small non-penetrating cracks. Tapered width and thickness with plenty of reserves on both ends: One cross-cut section is thicker and narrower than the other. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural color of the bark is a mix of beige and blue.

This beige-blue mammoth bark is completely natural and untreated. It is not stabilized or resin-filled. All of our pieces are unique in color, structure, and shape due to fossilization processes and long-term climatic conditions of the Siberian permafrost.
