This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite some small, non-penetrating fissures. Consistent width and thickness with reserves on both ends. One cross-cut section was cut at an angle - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural colour of the bark is a mix of brown, blue and and green.
