This is a premium-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite one tiny crack on the underside. Tapered width and thickness with reserves on both ends: One cross-cut section is thicker and wider than the other. This piece was cut at angles - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural colour of the bark is a mix of brown, yellow and blue.
