This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite one tiny, non-penetrating crack on one side. Tapered width and thickness with reserves on both ends: One cross-cut section is thinner and wider than the other. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural colour of the bark is mustard-green.
