This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite some small cracks on the thinner cross-cut section. Consistent width with reserves on both ends. The thinner cross-cut section was cut at an angle - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural colour of the bark is brown-white.
