This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite one small, non-penetrating crack on the narrower cross-cut section. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends. The natural colour of the bark is orange-blue.

This orange-blue mammoth bark is natural and untreated. It is not stabilized or resin-filled.
