This is a premium-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite one small crack on the edge of one cross-cut section. Tapered width: One cross-cut section is wider than the other. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends. One side was cut at an angle - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural colour of the bark is a mix of brown, orange, blue and green.
