This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, without cracks despite some small, non-penetrating cracks fissures on the thinner thicker wider narrower one cross-cut section. The natural colour of the bark is a mix of brown, green and blue.
