This is a premium-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, without cracks. There are two tiny, non-penetrating fissures on the narrower cross-cut section. Consistent width with reserves on both ends. The natural colour of the bark is caramel.

This caramel mammoth bark is completely natural and untreated. It is not stabilised or resin-filled. All of our pieces are unique in colour, structure, and shape due to fossilisation processes and long-term climatic conditions of the Siberian permafrost. No artificial treatments or restorations have been performed unless specifically stated.
