This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite one small crack on the thicker cross-cut section. Consistent width with reserves on both ends. The thicker cross-cut section was cut at two angles - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural colour of the bark is brown-red.
