This is a premium-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, without cracks. There is one small, non-penetrating fissure on the topside. Tapered thickness: One cross-cut section is slightly thicker than the other. Consistent width with reserves on both ends. The natural colour of the bark is a mix of dark-brown and blue.

This brown-blue mammoth bark is completely natural and untreated. It is not stabilized or resin-filled.
