This is a premium-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite some tiny, non-penetrating cracks. Tapered thickness: One cross-cut section is slightly thicker than the other. Consistent width with reserves on both ends. The natural colour of the bark is brown-blue.

This brown-blue mammoth bark is completely natural and untreated. It is not stabilized or epoxy-filled.
