This is a premium-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite some tiny, non-penetrating cracks on one side. Tapered width: One cross-cut section is wider than the other. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends. The natural colour of the bark is brown ranges from multitone.

This brown mammoth bark is completely natural and untreated. It is not stabilized or resin-filled.
