This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite some small cracks. Tapered width: One cross-cut section is slightly narrower than the other. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends. One cross-cut section was cut at an angle - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural colour of the bark is beige-green.
