Brown mammoth bark

This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, despite some small, non-penetrating cracks. Tapered width and thickness with reserves on both ends: One cross-cut section is thicker and wider than the other. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The natural colour of the bark is dark brown with amber patches and grey-green verdigris.

This brown mammoth bark is natural and untreated. It is not stabilised or resin-filled.
