Creme-orange mammoth bark

This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is naturally dense and solid, without cracks. Tapered thickness: One cross-cut section is slightly thicker than the other. Consistent width with reserves on both ends. The natural colour of the bark is creme-orange.

This creme-orange mammoth bark is completely natural and untreated. It is not stabilized or resin-filled. All of our pieces are unique in colour, structure, and shape due to fossilization processes and long-term climatic conditions of the Siberian permafrost.
