This is an immaculate piece of Siberian woolly mammoth ivory (Mammuthus primigenius). This piece is the base of a mammoth tusk - part of it hidden in the skull's pulp cavity. The ivory is rock-solid and completely dry without cracks. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the ivory and bark is white-cream.

Age: Over 10,000 years.
Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
