This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth ivory (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid and completely dry. There is a small, non-penetrating crack on the edge of one cross-cut section. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends. This piece was cut under multiple angles - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the ivory is white. The colour of the outer layer of bark on one side is a mix of brown, blue and cream.

Age: Over 10,000 years.
Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
