This is a professionally stabilized piece of Siberian woolly mammoth ivory (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory of this piece is literally rock-solidly stabilized, allowing you to cut across or along the cracks - it will not break, nor will it crumble. Consistent width and thickness with reserves on both ends. The colour of the ivory is white. The colour of the outer layer of bark is brown-orange.
