This is a good-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth ivory (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory of this semicircular piece is rock-solid despite the small cracks. One cross-cut section is thicker and wider than the other. This piece offers plenty of useable reserves to work with. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the ivory is white. The colour of the outer layer of bark is beige.
