Mammoth ivory pendant

This is a hand-carved Siberian woolly mammoth ivory pendant (Mammuthus primigenius). This pendant is pre-drilled on both sides for easy setting on a chain. The ivory is rock-solid, completely dry and without cracks. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the ivory is white-cream.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).

This mammoth ivory pendant is presented in its natural condition - it is not stabilized and /or injected with resin. Please take note that none of our mammoth ivory is artificially stabilized and / or restored unless explicitly stated.
