Blue-mustard mammoth bark

This is an immaculate piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid without cracks. One cross-cut section is thicker and wider than the other. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the bark is a beautiful mix of brown, blue, green and mustard.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).

This mammoth bark piece is presented in its natural condition - it is not stabilized and /or injected with resin. Please take note that none of our mammoth ivory is artificially stabilized and / or restored unless explicitly stated.
