Natural woolly mammoth bark

This is a good-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid despite the small cracks. One cross-cut section is slightly thicker and narrower than the other. Plenty of reserves on both ends. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the bark is a mix of white, orange and brown.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).

This multicoloured mammoth bark is not stabilized and / or filled with resin. Please note that none of our mammoth ivory is artificially stabilized and / or restored unless explicitly stated.
