This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid without cracks. despite small cracks fissures. This piece was cut at an angle - as a result one end is significantly narrower than the other. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends.
