This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid without cracks. There is a tiny, non-penetrating fissure on one side. One cross-cut section is thicker and wider than the other. Plenty of reserves on both ends. One side of this piece was cut at an angle - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the bark is a beautiful beige-green.
