Natural brown mammoth bark

This is a good-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid despite the tiny cracks. One cross-cut section is thicker and narrower than the other. Reserves on both ends. This piece was cut at an angle - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the bark is brown.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).

This brown mammoth bark piece is presented in its natural condition - it is not stabilized and /or filled with resin. Please take note that none of our mammoth ivory is artificially stabilized and / or restored unless explicitly stated.
