This is an immaculate piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid without cracks. One cross-cut section is wider than the other. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends. This piece is curved - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the bark is a beautiful mix of beige, brown and green.

Age: Over 10,000 years.
Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
