Beige-cream mammoth bark

This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid without cracks. One cross-cut section is slightly thicker and wider than the other. Plenty of reserves on both ends. This piece is curved - please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the bark is beige-cream.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
