This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth ivory (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid and completely dry. There are some tiny, non-penetrating fissures. One cross-cut section is slightly wider than the other. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the ivory is white. The colour of the outer layer of bark is beige.

Age: Over 10,000 years.
Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
