Brown mammoth bark

This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid without cracks. There are some tiny, non-penetrating fissures on the topside. One cross-cut section is slightly thicker and wider than the other. Reserves on both ends. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the bark is brown.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).

This brown mammoth bark is not stabilised and / or filled with resin. Please note that none of our mammoth ivory is artificially stabilised and / or restored unless explicitly stated.
