Natural mammoth ivory scales

This is a top-quality pair of Siberian woolly mammoth bark scales (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid without cracks. One piece is slightly larger than the other. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the bark is cream.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
