Natural woolly mammoth bark

This is a top-quality piece of Siberian woolly mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). The ivory is rock-solid despite some small, non-penetrating cracks on the underside. One cross-cut section is thicker and wider than the other. Reserves on both ends. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the bark is a mix of white, brown and blue.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
