Stabilized mammoth ivory slab

This is a length-cut stabilised woolly mammoth ivory slab (Mammuthus primigenius). This piece can be precision-cut, drilled, sanded, polished etc. to achieve the desired results. One cross-cut section is slightly wider than the other. Consistent thickness with reserves on both ends. Please carefully look at the pictures for precise dimensions. The colour of the ivory is a mix of white, creme and beige.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
