Stabilised mammoth bark slab

This is a piece of stabilised mammoth bark (Mammuthus primigenius). This stabilised piece can be cut into scales, drilled, sanded, polished etc. to achieve the desired results. Consistent width and thickness with reserves on both ends. The underside is flat. The colour of the bark is brown-red.

Geological epoch: Pleistocene.

Age: Over 10,000 years.

Origin: Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
